Our Story

Original Chee Kei on Russell Street, Causeway Bay, 1994

Chee Kei is dedicated to preserving the fine art of Chinese cuisine, by offering a unique dining experience. We aim to provide exceptional food quality and excellent customer service in inviting and intriguing environments.

In 1994, the original Chee Kei shop opened on Russell Street in Causeway Bay, opposite to Times Square. In 2006, the branch relocated to Percival Street. Chee Kei is the lone “wonton noodle shop survivor” in the prime Causeway Bay area, a great testament to our brand popularity.

Today, you will find Chee Kei branches in five prime locations. Namely, Percival Street in Causeway Bay, Langham Place in Mongkok, Telford Plaza in Kowloon Bay, Lock Road in TsimShaTsui, and Connaught Road in Central. The restaurants serve customers from a diverse range of backgrounds, collectively fulfilling our mission to connect people with the rich history of Chinese food.

We hold each Chee Kei shop to high standards to ensure that our customers can rely on our trusted traditions. Our recipes and dishes have proven to be popular among both Hongkongers and customers from all over the world.
